    We have had several indoor players asking if they could participate in the strength and jump training that our Year Roud beach girls are doing. We have decided to offer it as a separate piece for anyone interested. This package will be mainly for, but not limited to indoor players who want to gain strength, quickness and improve their vertical jump for their JO and indoor seasons.

    If you are interested please email us or call us to secure a spot. Space is limited. Due to space limitations and coaching, we are unable to handle per session visits, so either do the full package or the half package.
