Kim is entering her sixth year of coaching. She launched her coaching career at Set Point Volleyball Club before moving to Tampa North Volleyball Club in Tampa, FL. For the last few years, she has coached at Twin City Volleyball Academy. A veteran of the USAF, Kim takes pride in working with young athletes and believes in the ability of sports to help mold character, develop good habits, and build lasting relationships. She holds an MBA, has spent over a decade implementing IT solutions at the Department of Veterans Affairs, first as a government employee, and now as an IT Portfolio Director for a Government contractor. In her free time, Kim enjoys reading and traveling.
